As an exhibitor, you will receive the following:
- Each booth space is 8 x 10
- One (1) 6' draped table
- Chairs, ID sign, and wastebasket

- Access to pre and post-show mailing list, including address information (no email)
- Directory listing in the Conference App.
Additional conference badges can be purchased for $395 per person. Some of our sponsorships come with exhibit space and additional badges.
Sponsorships and Booth space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth space is assigned based on sponsorship level, membership, length of service to FHSA, and the date registration was received. Exhibitor registration closes Friday, August 22, 2025.
At this time, all exhibitor and sponsorship sign-ups must be completed via our Partner Prospectus.

General Services Contractor:
FHSA will use Goben Convention Services for all our exhibitor's shipping/handling needs. Due to hotels' limited capabilities, NO packages can be shipped directly to the hotel and will be refused. Exhibitors can expect to receive exhibitor service manuals and online ordering from Goben Convention Services concerning all Trade Show details and shipping supplies. Their online Exhibitor Manual will also provide information and forms for ordering other non-Brede/Allied services, such as electrical, audio-visual, and floral, and show specific needs. Brede/Allied Convention Services provides the following services and furnishings:
- Freight and shipping handling in/out—Please note: Packages should be sent through Goben Convention Services, not the hotel.
- Standard rental furnishings
- All ancillary services
- Cleaning and janitorial services
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Booth space is confirmed upon receipt of sign-up and full payment. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 60-90 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted less than 60 days prior to the event. In the event of circumstances beyond FHSA’s control, and not due to FHSA’s fault, preventing the show from being held as scheduled, no fees will be refunded. It’s important to note that individual insurance coverage is the responsibility of the exhibitor. If you’re unable to attend the conference, please send a written notification of cancellation to the FHSA office. No-shows are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the registration fee. By registering to exhibit at the FHSA conference & expo, you agree to the policies listed above. Conference & Expo Venue: 
We are back at the DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. FHSA has secured a room block that is open and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Deadline to reserve hotel room is October 7, 2025, or until room block reaches capacity.
- Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
