ERSEA Manager, Spring Hill, Florida The ERSEA Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for providing vision, direction, and accountability for the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance (ERSEA), and Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) service areas. This position leads and develops high-performing teams, ensuring systems, people, and practices operate with integrity, consistency, and compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and applicable regulations. The ERSEA Manager provides strategic oversight rather than direct service delivery, guiding supervisors and staff to effectively connect families to services and support program outcomes.
