  1. ICYMI: A Season of Ongoing Recovery, Response, and Renewal, Dr. Bernadine Futrell, Director, Office of Head Start sent an email on Wednesday, May 17, 2022, Outlining a few program considerations for the 2022-2023 school year. OHS will conduct CLASS® reviews during the 2022-23 program year but will not use the scores to make competitive determinations under the Designation Renewal System, and starting September 2022, and OHS will resume pre-pandemic practices for tracking and monitoring enrollment.

  2. The Division of Early Learning will be hosting two Rule Workshops Thursday, May 19 for Rule 6M-8.620 Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Pre- and Post- Assessment Compliance. The first one will be held at 9:00 a.m. and the second at 1:00 p.m.
