ICYMI: NHSA Press Release: House Champions Head Start in FY23 Federal Budget, NHSA applauds the work of the House Appropriations Committee and the leadership of Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT-03) and Ranking Member Tom Cole (R-OK-04) for including a record level of funding for Head Start in the FY23 appropriations bill which was adopted by the Committee on June 30. The bill provides an increase of $1.4 billion in Head Start and Early Head Start funding over last year. June 30, 2022
