Here's what you need to know

  1. Join us for Children's Week Florida, March 26-31, 2023! During this week, the event showcases hand artwork created by children throughout the state. Celebration of the Hands is a stunning visual of children's hand artwork from across the state proudly displayed in the Capitol Rotunda. Click here to learn how your program can participate in this statewide event.

  2. The 33rd edition of the Annie E. Casey Foundation's KIDS COUNT Data Book presents national and state data across four domains — economic well-being, education, health, and family and community — and ranks states in overall child well-being. An updated interactive site allows exploration of KIDS COUNT Data Book findings and rankings online. State data profiles on child well-being are available in English and in Spanish.

  3. Child Care Health Consultants Webinar Series, Thursday, September 29, 2022 @ 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM EDT. Join the National Center on Health, Behavioral Health, and Safety for this webinar exploring how childcare health consultants (CCHCs) can apply principles of health equity and cultural competence to address health disparities.

Please visit our COVID-19 Resource page, which is updated regularly, and the FHSA events list for more information. If there is something else you need guidance on, let us know - we will continue to work with state agencies and partners to answer your questions.

Sincerely,

Wanda Minick
