Questions? Contact your Program Specialist.  OHS, Issued August 29, 2022.

  2. The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit initiative helps households afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. Eligibility is open to households' income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or if a household member participates in one of the assistance programs outlined.

  3. Did you know Prevent Child Abuse of Florida offers Circle of Parents®, a parent engagement and leadership support group providing an environment led by parents and other caregivers. It's where anyone in a parenting role can openly discuss the successes and challenges of raising children. If your Head Start program is interested in starting a Circle of Parents® support group in your community, please email Chris Lolley: [email protected].

Please visit our COVID-19 Resource page, which is updated regularly, and the FHSA events list for more information. If there is something else you need guidance on, let us know - we will continue to work with state agencies and partners to answer your questions.

Sincerely,

Wanda Minick
