  2. USDA Approves P-EBT for Children in Child Care in Florida. On August 3, 2021, USDA approved Florida’s request to provide P-EBT for children in child care. Children under 6 in child care may be eligible for P-EBT for the months of October 2020 through June 2021 if they are participating in SNAP so long as their child care or local schools were closed or had reduced attendance or hours. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) plans to issue benefits in one batch in September 2021 at the rate of $6.82 per eligible child per day.

  3. Supporting Mental Health- Yours, Mine and Ours Wednesday, August 25, 2021, @3:00 PM ET In this webinar, we will explore how we define mental health. We will consider barriers faced by home visitors in accessing mental health services. We will also discuss strategies for supporting home visitor’s mental health. Rapid Response Virtual Home Visiting
