1. New 3Ts Factsheets on Ensuring Drinking Water Quality in Schools and Child Care Facilities During and After Extended Closures,  to combat lead in drinking water in child care facilities, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU), highlighting the 3Ts: training, testing, and taking action. The factsheets are intended for facilities specializing in early care and education, including center-based programs and family child care homes, prekindergarten programs, and Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Office of Child Care, Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
