  1. The Public Health Emergency is Ending: Now What? The federal public health emergency and national emergency related to COVID-19 will expire on May 11, 2023, triggering an end to several flexibilities and policies that have enabled the federal government to waive or modify certain requirements to respond to the impacts of the pandemic. CPALAW created this resource, providing a brief overview of how the end of the federal emergency declarations affects programmatic operations, governance, and fiscal flexibilities.

Embrace, Encourage, and Engage: Family and Caregiver Access to Child and Youth Mental Health Resources webinar Wednesday, March 22, 2023 @ 6:00 PM, The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is hosting this virtual training for parents, caregivers, and families on the mental health needs of children!
