Take Action: House “Dear Colleague” Letters on Head Start Funding. Bipartisan “Dear Colleague” letters are circulating in the House as FY27 funding discussions begin, highlighting Head Start’s essential role in early learning, health, and family support nationwide. This is an opportunity to help educate Congress on how vital Head Start is to the children and families in your communities as the appropriations process moves forward.
