The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) invites you to learn about the new Early Care and Education Workforce Salary Scale Playbook: Implementation Guide. This webinar highlights how this resource can support leaders in states, territories, Tribes, local communities, Head Start, and other early care and education (ECE) programs to develop wage and salary scales to address chronic challenges with low compensation for the ECE workforce.

ACF’s Office of Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Office of Child Care (OCC), Office of Head Start (OHS), and the National Center on Early Childhood Quality Assurance (NCECQA) will co-host this webinar on April 25, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). They will welcome a panel of guests at the state and program levels to share their experiences in developing wage and salary scales.

Who Should Participate?
State, territory, and Tribal Child Care and Development Fund administrators (CCDF); other ECE system leaders at the state and local levels; Head Start and other ECE program leaders and decisionmakers; and those who are exploring efforts to develop a salary scale at the system or local level.
