This Future Call, will feature Ellyn Okrent, CEO of the Florence Fuller Centers in Palm Beach County. She has encountered the same challenges in hiring and retaining teaching staff as many other early learning programs across the state and developed an in-house, on-the-job training process that brings in passionate people and trains them up.
