In this webinar: 

Participants will review the importance of providing opportunities for children to begin to understand what they are feeling and ways to work through these emotions.
Participants will organize ideas to implement strategies to help children handle emotions, considering two different approaches:

1. Preparing children to handle strong emotions (By Recognizing, Describing, and Regulating emotions)
2. Guiding children through strong emotions in the moment.
