Leading into the Future: A RIV Leadership Institute is a focused and intentional three (3) day concurrent event without cost to Recipients, designed for HS/EHS/CCP leaders seeking to elevate their programs to a higher level of functioning and performance through comprehensive ongoing improvement. This event will address how strong systems, collaboration, and creativity support innovation and continuous program improvement. There are three tracks included in this institute:
Track 1: Spotlight on Fiscal: Money Matters
Track 2: Developing a Culture of Organizational Wellness
Track 3: Systems of Organizational Effectiveness

Learning Objectives:

• Recipients will identify critical elements of Fiscal reporting essentials for demonstrating an efficient and effective fiscal management system.
• Recipients will explore techniques and actionable steps that promotes a positive and empowering work environment.
• Recipients will align the value and impact of implementing intentional leadership approaches and how it creates the stage for effective teaching and learning outcomes and deliverables.
