Behaviors adults find challenging are often part of the typical development of young children. Infants and toddlers need guidance from adults to communicate their needs and regulate their emotions and behaviors. Preschool-age children still benefit from adult support as they gain the ability to independently regulate their behaviors and emotions, solve problems, and communicate, especially when navigating strong emotions. Persistent challenging behavior can interfere with a child’s ability to learn and build positive relationships with adults and peers.

Join this webinar to discuss ways education managers help education staff provide individualized positive behavior support to ensure a healthy learning environment for all.

This webinar is offered with English and Spanish captioning.
