Part One (Days One and Two):
Fiscal Institute will discuss strategies to manage financial resources effectively and efficiently to support program and school readiness goals. Participants will gain knowledge to create and implement fiscal principles and best practices.

Facilities Institute will include: overview of applicable federal regulations; child health & safety systems thinking; hazard mapping; buildings, playgrounds, parking lots and buses; and ongoing facilities monitoring, maintenance and planning.

Part Two (Day Three):
1303 Institute is designed to equip staff with the tools needed to proceed with the construction, renovation, or acquisition of a facility for program operations. Recipients will be provided with resources and knowledge to navigate the Fiscal and Facility Application process."

Chief Financial Officers and Fiscal Staff, Executive Directors and Directors, Facilities/Maintenance Coordinators, Quality Assurance Managers, and staff

What will I learn?

• Fiscal Track participants will gain knowledge to create and implement fiscal policies and best practices.
• Facilities Track participants will explore facilities related planning, monitoring and data informed decision making.
• All participants will receive resources and knowledge to navigate the Fiscal and Facility Application process.
