Resilience is the ability to adapt to difficult situations. When people are faced with mental health concerns, resilience can help them cope and reach out for support. In this webinar, we’re learning the importance of finding, understanding, and elevating sources of resilience to support mental health. Our focus is on racially and ethnically diverse and under-resourced communities. Many people in these communities prefer to rely on local support systems. Learn how to connect Head Start children, families, and staff with community resources that promote resilience and strengthen mental health.

This webinar is offered with simultaneous interpretation in Spanish.
