Recently, Healthy People 2030 introduced a two-pronged definition of health literacy: personal and organizational. In this webinar, we’re exploring this revised definition and demonstrating how health communication is a process. The webinar also explains the importance of incorporating health literacy practices into communications with staff and families.

This webinar is offered with simultaneous interpretation in Spanish.
