In this webinar, Office of Head Start (OHS) leadership are discussing ACF-IM-HS-22-04 Competitive Bonuses for the Head Start Workforce. This new guidance includes strategies for how to identify and document appropriate bonuses to support retention and recruitment of Head Start program staff. The webinar also features examples of competitive bonuses being offered in comparable fields.
