Rule Workshop 6M-8.620 VPK Pre- and Post-Assessment Compliance will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am EDT or until business is concluded, whichever is earlier. 

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Written comments on the proposed rule may be submitted to [email protected]. All emails should have “6M-8.620 Comment” in the subject line.

The rule establishes the private provider and public school responsibilities for obtaining the assessment materials as well as the assessment administration and submission deadlines. Coalition and school district verification responsibilities are also defined in the rule. The proposed revisions will be a complete rewrite and update the rule to conform with legislative changes.
