Join the National Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Center Technical Assistance (TA) team to learn about our upcoming Foundational TA Series. Using the five policy areas from the Center of the Study of Child Care Employment (CSCCE) Early Childhood Workforce Index (Index) as a framework, this series is designed for early childhood leaders seeking to strengthen the early care and education workforce through innovations in policies, programs, working conditions, compensation, and professional development. States and our collaborating partners will share successful strategies aligned to the five policy areas of the Index and participants will engage in a learning process to be able to describe their needs, barriers, and opportunities.
