When children engage in behavior that challenges adults, it can be difficult for the adults to remain calm. So being proactive is important, especially when there might be factors that influence adult decision-making. Join this webinar to learn about factors that influence adult reactions vs. responses. Explore how to develop neutralizing routines, an instructional strategy used to respond to challenging behavior to help adults remain calm. Practice using coaching strategies through a case study about supporting a coachee or family to develop neutralizing routines.

This webinar will have English and Spanish captioning.
