New tools from the Office of Head Start (OHS) the National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations (NCPMFO) are coming soon to support grant recipients with the Head Start Change in Scope application process! This webinar introduces two new tools that can help grant recipients submit high-quality Change in Scope applications and expedite their review and approval process. The first tool is an application checklist. It presents a concise list of required documents and their key considerations, as well as a comprehensive list of requirements and considerations for each application component. The second tool is a budget template to help reflect cost savings and reinvestment associated with the request.
