Theme 4: Organization Leadership

Investigates diverse processes for management, ongoing monitoring, and continuous improvement for achieving program goals that ensure child safety and the delivery of effective, high-quality program services. Presentations in this theme should provide current and innovative practices for supporting programs in addressing program service areas. These sessions will assist programs and governing bodies with building solid fiscal, record keeping and reporting, ongoing monitoring, self-assessment, and human resource management structures that provide effective management and oversight to enable the delivery of high-quality services.
