The FHSA Professional Development Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to advance high‑quality learning opportunities for Florida’s Head Start community. This committee collaborates on training priorities, conference planning, and strategies that strengthen the early childhood workforce statewide.

Members work together to identify emerging needs, elevate best practices, and shape meaningful professional development experiences that support staff at every level. All FHSA members committed to continuous learning and program excellence are welcome to participate.
